Provider Enrollment Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider enrollment operations for a remote team based in the U.S.

• Manage daily enrollment tasks, including queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.

• Lead, train, coach, and mentor team members effectively.

• Address escalations and resolve intricate enrollment challenges.

• Foster client and stakeholder relationships.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate documentation.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives.

• Stay focused, meet performance standards, and comply with company policies while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.

• Proven experience in leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members within an enrollment or healthcare setting.

• Proficiency in managing daily enrollment operations, including queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.

• Experience in handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and supporting client or stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting process improvements.

• Strong understanding of provider enrollment and operational procedures.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and training abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and escalation management expertise.

• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and process improvement capabilities.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Reliable broadband internet with minimum speeds of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.
