Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and input enrollment information

• Contribute effectively as a member of the team

• Adhere to contractual obligations, business unit guidelines, and applicable legal regulations

• Manage time effectively, ensuring attendance and punctuality

• Execute data entry tasks

• Maintain concentration and meet performance standards while working from home

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment

• Familiarity with operating multiple monitors and systems

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid

• Experience in meeting Service Level Agreements and fulfilling contractual commitments

• Capability to learn independently and inquire when needed

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• High-speed Internet connection with at least 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
