Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to evaluate and input enrollment data.

• Contribute effectively as a team member.

• Adhere to contractual obligations, business unit guidelines, and applicable legal regulations.

• Manage time efficiently, maintain attendance, and ensure punctuality.

• Conduct data entry tasks.

• Stay focused and meet performance expectations while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a metric-driven environment.

• Proficient in using multiple monitors and systems.

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid.

• Proven track record of meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments.

• Willingness to learn and ask questions to foster independence.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door is necessary.

• A broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload is required.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Must demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

• Ability to maintain focus, achieve performance standards, and comply with company policies while working remotely.
