Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to review and enter enrollment data.

• Contribute effectively as a team member.

• Adhere to contract obligations, business unit guidelines, and applicable legal regulations.

• Manage time effectively, ensuring attendance and punctuality.

• Conduct data entry tasks.

• Maintain concentration and achieve performance goals while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems.

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, particularly with Medicaid.

• History of meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments.

• Ability to learn independently and seek clarification as needed.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door.

• High-speed broadband Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 24Mbps and upload speed of 8Mbps.

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
