Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and input enrollment information

• Contribute effectively as an active team member

• Adhere to contract stipulations, business unit policies, and applicable legal guidelines

• Demonstrate effective time management, attendance, and punctuality

• Conduct data entry tasks

• Maintain concentration and fulfill performance standards while working remotely

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment

• Proficient in utilizing multiple monitors and systems

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid

• Experience in achieving Service Level Agreements and fulfilling contractual commitments

• Capacity to learn independently and seek clarification as needed

• Designated home office or private workspace with a door

• High-speed broadband Internet connection with a minimum of 24 MBPS download and 8 MBPS upload

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
