Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to examine and enter enrollment data.

• Contribute effectively as a member of the team.

• Adhere to contract stipulations, business unit policies, and associated legal regulations.

• Manage time effectively, ensuring proper attendance and punctuality.

• Execute data entry tasks.

• Uphold performance standards while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems.

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, particularly Medicaid.

• Experience in fulfilling Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments.

• Capability to learn independently and ask questions when necessary.

• Designated home office or private workspace with a door.

• High-speed broadband Internet connection with at least 24MBS download and 8MBS upload.

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to maintain concentration, meet performance standards, and comply with company policies while working remotely.
