Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and input enrollment data

• Contribute effectively as a team member

• Adhere to contract stipulations, business unit guidelines, and pertinent legal regulations

• Efficiently manage time while ensuring regular attendance and punctuality

• Execute data entry tasks

• Maintain concentration and achieve performance goals while working remotely

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metric-driven environment

• Familiarity with utilizing multiple monitors and systems

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid

• Experience in meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments

• Willingness to learn and inquire for independence

• A dedicated home office or private workspace with a door

• Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps for download and 8 Mbps for upload

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
