Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete the full cycle of provider enrollment applications.

• Keep comprehensive logs of both pending and completed tasks.

• Relay application outcomes and status updates to physicians, payers, managers, and colleagues.

• Manage physician enrollment and CAQH profiles.

• Record information in the enrollment database.

• Facilitate the collection of signatures.

• Execute payer processing and conduct research.

• Engage in thorough phone and internet investigations.

• Investigate and resolve claim issues pertaining to physician enrollment.

• Carry out additional tasks as required.

• Report directly to the Director of Provider Relations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in medical billing and/or healthcare provider relations.

• Previous experience in enrollment or credentialing is preferred.

• A college degree or being in the process of obtaining one is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, client relations, and claims resolution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong reporting skills, with an ability to deliver status updates and escalate issues when needed.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Competence in thriving within a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure setting.

• Capacity for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally.

• Professional demeanor with a self-motivated attitude.
