This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with providers in contracted markets to enhance safe days at home for medically complex children.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialized populations.
• Act as an ambassador for Imagine Pediatrics within the assigned territory.
• Enroll eligible patients and their families in the app-based care model offered by Imagine Pediatrics.
• Manage provider relationships and foster engagement within the designated territory or specialized population.
• Implement strategic initiatives, support providers, coordinate events, and address daily operational needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for providers and community organizations.
• Provide insights on central engagement strategies based on firsthand experience.
• Independently tackle daily challenges and decision-making; collaborate with the Director on broader systematic issues.
• Work alongside providers, care teams, and local community organizations to enhance brand recognition.
• Identify engagement opportunities by analyzing data from Tableau to share with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs).
• Mentor and assist new and associate-level team members.
• Achieve and surpass established monthly engagement targets.
• Travel within the territory and market for team support and relationship building.
• Independently cultivate and sustain relationships with health plans.
• A strong passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric healthcare.
• A dynamic personality with a talent for fostering positive interpersonal relationships.
• Comfortable with scientific terminology and able to navigate hospitals, doctors' offices, and pharmacies effortlessly.
• Familiar with various types of providers, including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in the medical or healthcare sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Access to reliable transportation is essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Pediatrics experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
