Provider Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, review, edit, and disseminate communications intended for providers, such as newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, educational materials, and additional provider resources.

• Convert complex healthcare policies, regulatory mandates, and operational changes into clear, concise, and actionable communications tailored for healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, provider relations teams, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee publication timelines, communication schedules, content creation, reviews, and approval processes across various projects and deadlines.

• Facilitate provider outreach and educational efforts through written materials, presentations, webinars, training resources, and other instructional content.

• Act as the primary resource for provider publications and communication initiatives that support Medicaid and healthcare programs.

• Manage several publication cycles, communication strategies, and high-impact deliverables.

• Directly shape provider experiences, communication efficacy, and stakeholder satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing professional communications, publications, educational content, or related materials.

• Preferably experienced in Medicaid, Medicare, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare operations.

• Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proven experience in translating complex healthcare, regulatory, policy, or operational information into clear and actionable communications.

• Background in creating provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, educational resources, or similar professional content.

• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
