This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive security plans for high-profile individuals.
• Perform risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Deliver driving, logistical, and protective services for senior executives, Board members, and others as instructed.
• Assist with public appearances, meetings, engagements, and both domestic and international travel.
• Manage security operations for conferences, meetings, and special events.
• Collaborate with event organizers, security logistics, and stakeholders to convey security strategies.
• Supervise on-site security teams and liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Conduct security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee surveillance and other security technologies.
• Educate and guide employees on security best practices and emergency response protocols.
• Oversee assigned components of the Protective Services program.
• Work in partnership with Site Security Leaders, HR, Legal, Facilities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare after-action reports capturing lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Manage special projects and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Quickly deploy to locations needing enhanced security support during emergencies or incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline, or 10 years of law enforcement or military experience in a relevant field.
• Must possess a firearm.
• Must fulfill applicable LEOSA eligibility criteria.
• Must be legally permitted to carry a concealed firearm.
• Successfully pass a Fitness for Duty Examination.
• Prior experience in executive protection, ideally with high-profile clients.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; estimated travel is 40–60% and varies based on business requirements.
• Demonstrated success in supporting security operations at large-scale events.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency in security technology and surveillance systems.
• Must be ready to deploy swiftly for urgent or emerging security needs.
• Full-time availability with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Background and drug screening are mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. Person or obtain U.S. Government authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
