📋 Description

• Compose intricate single-turn prompts within the propulsion and effects domain, categorized as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model responses in accordance with established policy standards.

• Evaluate whether responses accurately addressed technical inquiries.

• Develop reference answers and articulate the technical rationale behind them.

• Utilize expert judgment to differentiate between legitimate professional inquiries and misuse-oriented requests.

• Provide written justifications that are accessible to non-specialists.

• Engage in reading and writing about misuse scenarios in the field over extended periods.

• Participate in expert briefings regarding the work and take breaks or step away when necessary without facing penalties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing, qualifying, or testing propulsion and initiation systems using actual hardware and test data.

• Relevant expertise in munitions or warhead design and effects engineering; solid, liquid, or hybrid propulsion system design, testing, and qualification; terminal effects modeling; fuzing, safe-and-arm, and initiation system engineering; or test range engineering and instrumentation related to propulsion or ordnance.

• Capability to identify routine professional inquiries from potentially harmful requests.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to generate written justifications that are comprehensible to non-specialists.

• Prior experience in technical writing, published research, or serving as an expert witness is highly favorable.

• Must refrain from using classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, or prepublication-review information.

• Required to disclose any ongoing obligations involving classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, or prepublication-review information.
