📋 Description

• Develop complex single-turn prompts within the propulsion and effects sector.

• Categorize prompts as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model responses based on a specified policy standard.

• Evaluate whether responses effectively addressed technical inquiries.

• Create reference answers and elucidate the technical reasoning behind them.

• Differentiate between routine professional queries and those suggesting potential misuse.

• Provide written justifications that are accessible to non-experts.

• Analyze and document field-specific misuse scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, qualifying, or testing propulsion and initiation systems utilizing actual hardware and test data.

• Relevant expertise in munitions or warhead design and effects engineering; solid, liquid, or hybrid propulsion system design, testing, and qualification; terminal effects modeling; fuzing, safe-and-arm, and initiation system engineering; or test range engineering and instrumentation for propulsion or ordnance.

• Previous experience in red-teaming is preferred.

• Involvement in writing-intensive tasks that necessitate producing rationales comprehensible to non-specialists.

• Prior experience in technical writing, published research, or serving as an expert witness is highly desirable.

• Capability to read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for extended periods.

• Must refrain from utilizing classified, export-controlled, NDA-covered, or prepublication-review information.

• Obligations regarding such restrictions must be disclosed to appropriately scope the work, if applicable.
