Proposals Manager – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create client-centric budgets and proposals for Phase I–IV clinical trials

• Develop budgets, proposal narratives, and re-bids for global RFP submissions

• Oversee the entire RFP preparation process in collaboration with operational review leaders

• Analyze client RFP documents to determine service requirements and assumptions

• Facilitate RFP development meetings with sales, operational review, and finance teams

• Construct project budgets utilizing costing tool templates and Excel formulas

• Draft proposal narratives using departmental templates

• Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors during the RFP development phase

• Conduct quality control checks on budget and proposal narrative revisions

• Assist with work orders and requests for information

• Address client inquiries regarding budgets and operational strategies

• Engage in client meetings as necessary

• Keep departmental records and manage internal and intercompany reporting

• Contribute to departmental initiatives and undertake additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field

• 3–5 years of experience in proposal and/or contract development

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Capability to prioritize and manage workload while keeping others updated on progress, timelines, and issues

• Detail-oriented with a significant emphasis on quality

• Proven problem-solving capabilities

• Solid judgment and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Some travel may be required for company meetings, client interactions, and vendor engagements
