Proposals Manager – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create client-centric budgets and proposals for Phase I–IV clinical trials.

• Construct simple bid grids with guidance from management.

• Work alongside global operational review teams to develop budgets and proposals in response to client RFPs.

• Draft budgets, proposal text, and re-bids for international opportunities.

• Oversee the entire RFP preparation process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

• Examine client RFP documentation to identify service requirements and assumptions.

• Organize and lead RFP development meetings with sales, operational review, and finance departments.

• Create project budgets utilizing costing tool templates and Excel formulas.

• Draft proposal text using departmental templates while aligning with client needs and strategic assumptions.

• Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors during the RFP development phase.

• Conduct quality control on budget and proposal text revisions.

• Assist with work orders and RFIs.

• Address client inquiries regarding budgets and operational strategies.

• Attend client meetings as necessary.

• Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting.

• Engage in departmental initiatives and perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.

• 3–5 years of experience in proposal and/or contract development.

• A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in a CRO environment is advantageous.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage workload while adhering to deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a keen emphasis on quality.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for company meetings, client engagements, and vendor interactions.
