This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business operations, and support teams on critical West pursuits.
• Oversee medium to large proposals and presentations from capture/pre-RFP positioning through to the interview phase.
• Engage with business line growth teams and operations to facilitate successful project wins.
• Lead responses to client RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, utilizing standardized pursuit processes.
• Create print, electronic, and oral proposal deliverables.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
• Utilize data systems and tools for proposal strategy and business strategic planning.
• Assist capture managers in formulating win strategies and preparing for interviews.
• Develop annotated outlines and content plans.
• Suggest section structures to technical teams.
• Write and refine customized resumes, past performance sections, executive summaries, and management approaches.
• Facilitate Pink Team, Red Team, and quality reviews.
• Implement revisions to proposals and presentations based on feedback from review teams.
• Participate in go/no-go, greenlight, capture planning, and positioning analyses.
• Conduct internal debriefs and assist with win/loss debriefs and client feedback collection.
• Support marketing and pursuit strategies, content creation, campaigns, account managers, and business lines as needed.
• Mentor entry-level proposal team members.
• Review work for accuracy before submitting for approval.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Comprehensive understanding of effective proposal and presentation strategy development, compliance, writing, and production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Acrobat.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience showcasing leadership abilities.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to produce accurate, compliant, and persuasive work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously and complete tasks efficiently.
• Proven organizational and administrative competencies.
• Ability to complete diverse work tasks on schedule and guide the efforts of others.
• Established capability to manage documents effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices, procedures, work processes, and tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with and interest in the A/E industry.
• Proficient in collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
