Proposal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Proof Point storyboard workspaces for official RFP opportunities.

• Craft RFP responses utilizing approved content while creating customized material as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with subject-matter experts to collect technical data, project examples, statistics, and supporting documentation.

• Implement a standardized response-development framework and assess draft content against RFP requirements and evaluation standards.

• Evaluate proposal responses for clarity, accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, value proposition, and winning strategy.

• Perform quality-control checks for grammar, formatting, visual consistency, and overall proposal readiness.

• Generate engaging visual representations of data, client narratives, and key messages for proposal content and presentations.

• Assist in managing a database that includes reusable proposal content, templates, and related resources.

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of presentation materials and pursuit collateral.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creating content and visual solutions in the healthcare industry or similar sectors is required.

• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience working with sales teams to produce client-specific materials is preferred.

• Experience in delivering effective written and visual solutions in response to complex requests for information is preferred.

• Experience in brand writing with an understanding of brand voice application is preferred.

• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent proofreading capabilities with a keen attention to detail and a creative approach to layout and typography.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions while managing multiple deadlines.

• Proficiency in writing for a brand and applying brand voice.

• Familiarity with content management systems.

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
