Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete proposal management lifecycle.

• Oversee the development and management of proposals.

• Propel proposal strategy and foster collaboration.

• Administer proposal content and design.

• Incorporate AI and technology into proposal management, content creation, and workflow automation.

• Enhance proposal processes and oversee related knowledge management.

• Create visually striking, print-ready, and submission-ready proposal documents.

• Collaborate with federal civilian and Department of Defense clients as well as internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development, ideally in Government consulting services.

• Knowledge of GSA schedules and a working understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

• Proficient in federal procurement and submission platforms, such as eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.

• Expert-level skills in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool.

• Strong proficiency in the entire MS Office suite, including graphics applications.

• Practical experience with desktop publishing software like Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or similar.

• Proficient in MS SharePoint and other content management systems.

• Proven ability or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI tools for proposal management, content creation, and workflow automation.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility and a willingness to modify schedules as necessary to meet proposal deadlines, including during peak times.

• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements as an E-Verify employer.
