This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the proposal and contract processes for sponsors involved in clinical trials throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
• Take the lead and actively engage in the RFP response processes at all phases.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal review teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Formulate proposal strategies and manage the related requests efficiently.
• Act as the main internal contact during the preparation and modification of contracts.
• Supervise deliverable timelines and manage multiple deadlines that are often tight.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to collect necessary process and business information.
• Prepare proposal and contract budgets utilizing the internal Excel budget tool.
• Generate proposals that are ready for submission.
• Draft and finalize Letters of Intent (LOIs), Start-up and Final Work Orders, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Consulting Agreements, and Change Orders.
• Keep contracts and proposals organized and updated in SharePoint and Salesforce for tracking purposes.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) related to proposals and/or contracts.
• Proficiency in implementing budget revisions and preparing Change Order (CO) budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Capability to meet the physical requirements, including extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, typing, reaching, talking, and hearing.
• Ability to manipulate, lift, carry, and move light to medium weights ranging from 10 to 35 pounds.
