Proposal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to establish pricing and proposal strategies.

• Support the proposal generation strategy to enhance sales efforts.

• Act as a liaison between ACM and global affiliates to formulate a global pricing strategy.

• Assist in the development of proposals and budgets, including Standard Operating Procedures.

• Standardize and centralize Requests for Information (RFI).

• Aid in the creation and implementation of a global pricing strategy.

• Help maintain consistency in global laboratory pricing.

• Promote communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory concerning pricing and proposals.

• Ensure that proposals are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

• Engage with clients and participate in defense meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or 3-8 years of equivalent experience in CRO, central laboratory, or clinical trials is required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business or Sales Support environment.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Familiarity with pricing and contractual documents is desirable.

• Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Knowledge of industry-leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn is preferred.

• Some positions may necessitate flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license.
