Proposal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to establish pricing and proposal strategies.

• Contribute to the strategy for proposal generation to maximize sales opportunities.

• Serve as a liaison between ACM and global affiliates to define the global pricing strategy.

• Aid in the development of proposals and budgets, including Standard Operating Procedures.

• Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI).

• Support the creation and implementation of a global pricing strategy.

• Assist in maintaining consistent laboratory pricing on a global scale.

• Foster communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory concerning pricing and proposals.

• Ensure proposals are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

• Engage with clients and take part in defense meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree or 3-8 years of relevant work experience in CRO, central laboratory, or clinical trials is required.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business or Sales Support environment.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with pricing and contractual documents is advantageous.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Knowledge of industry-leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn is desirable.

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

• The position is sedentary, requiring prolonged sitting and computer use.

• Clear visual and auditory capabilities are necessary.

• Some positions may require flexible hours, TB screening, or possession of a valid driver’s license.
