Property Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of various property projects in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and design specifications.

• Work closely with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.

• Evaluate design and construction expenses to enhance value and maximize financial returns.

• Assist in value engineering initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

• Advocate for brand design standards, ensuring their consistent application and development.

• Establish and encourage best practice protocols across design, construction, and delivery phases.

• Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction and development.

• Ensure all projects adhere to company policies as well as relevant statutory and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to achieving financial, customer, and operational excellence goals across the estate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multi-site projects within the hospitality, leisure, or property development sectors.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, and project execution abilities.

• Capacity to analyze issues, make informed decisions, and achieve results under pressure.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders and delivering clear, compelling recommendations.

• Understanding of property and asset management, along with maintaining operational efficiency.

• Ideally possess a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• A proactive and innovative mindset focused on continual improvement and maintaining high standards.
