This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Develop, lead, and oversee financial and operational strategies for a designated portfolio of owned and leased properties.
β’ Assist in occupancy and operational strategies that align with corporate objectives.
β’ Collaborate with divisional service delivery partners on strategic initiatives.
β’ Ensure a holistic occupancy experience for occupants of properties and portfolios.
β’ Maintain operational service continuity by implementing service standards, asset preservation planning, and executing work efforts.
β’ Lead both internal and external resources in delivering real estate service solutions.
β’ Create and manage operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
β’ Develop, implement, and oversee asset management plans that align with market real estate strategies.
β’ Plan and execute asset preservation projects.
β’ Act as a liaison with local leadership, partners, and business lines.
β’ Provide property management services in accordance with established standards, policies, and programs.
β’ Inspect properties to identify service deficiencies and areas needing improvement, while also understanding customer needs.
β’ Support special initiatives as required.
β’ Manage service delivery providers effectively.
β’ Oversee and manage both internal and external lease agreements.
β’ Participate in disaster preparedness, triage, and recovery efforts.
β’ Deliver professional property management services.
β’ Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks in line with bank policies and risk appetite.
β’ A minimum of two years of property management experience is required, including successful vendor management and a basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations.
β’ Experience in managing a property portfolio that includes owned and leased properties across a geographically diverse range of property types.
β’ Capability to develop, execute, and manage operating budgets and capital plans.
β’ Fundamental business acumen is essential.
β’ Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team across various internal and external functions, such as HR, IT, Finance, partners, and external vendors.
β’ Strong project management skills; well-organized and capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Ability to establish and maintain robust, positive relationships.
β’ Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database.
