Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall performance and all aspects of property management for a portfolio of properties.

• Supervise the development and execution of operating budgets.

• Assess budget performance.

• Manage tenant improvements and capital projects.

• Supervise maintenance and repair initiatives.

• Coordinate company-wide programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance departments.

• Work with third-party vendors.

• Travel frequently.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Background in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate.

• Familiarity with property management accounting standards and systems.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Professional designations such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM are preferred.

• A technology-oriented mindset with a strong interest in integrating tools, especially AI.
