Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the property management team while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

• Oversee the management of an office building or portfolio, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction across all facets.

• Supervise property operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

• Foster and sustain tenant relationships, proactively addressing their needs.

• Coordinate maintenance tasks, capital improvements, and vendor management.

• Generate financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses.

• Handle lease administration, encompassing renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

• Develop team members and fulfill responsibilities as outlined in Property Management Agreements or local ordinances.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A real estate license is required within six (6) months of the hire date.

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial property management experience, showcasing success in tenant relations.

• At least 3 years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in Yardi, MRI, and Excel.

• Experience in managing Class A office buildings, retail centers, or mixed-use developments is preferred.

• A background in capital project management and construction oversight is advantageous.

• Proven experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified properties is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
