Property Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from tenants, owners, and vendors through phone, email, and text.

• Support lease renewals and facilitate communication between tenants and owners.

• Monitor rent payments, issue reminders, and follow up with tenants who are late on payments.

• Oversee maintenance requests from initiation to resolution.

• Provide updates on maintenance and ensure records are up-to-date.

• Coordinate with vendors, conduct inspections, and prepare units for property turnovers.

• Perform pricing comparisons and assist with market analysis to enhance leasing strategies.

• Maintain and update tenant and property records using AppFolio and Google Sheets.

• Create and evaluate reports on maintenance, turnover, and tenant satisfaction.

• Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of lease agreements and fundamental real estate workflows.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.

• Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred.

• Familiarity with AppFolio, Lead Simple, Gmail, and Google Sheets is a plus.
