Property Management Acquisitions Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create initial budgets for underwriting assessments

• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies for newly acquired properties

• Ensure the complete transfer of contracts, certifications, permits, and operational documents

• Guarantee accurate configuration within property management and accounting systems

• Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, Construction, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams during the acquisition process

• Manage closing checklists and transition timelines among both internal and external stakeholders

• Aid post-closing integration efforts to achieve operational stability and consistency across the portfolio

• Oversee the transition of utilities, service contracts, and vendor agreements

• Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory obligations, and risk management protocols

• Identify chances to standardize services and enhance operational efficiencies across acquired assets

• Analyze historical financial performance and operating expense trends

• Assist in the formation of operating budgets and capital improvement forecasts

• Monitor onboarding milestones and report on performance metrics

• Track and address post-closing operational challenges and outstanding due diligence items

• Strong grasp of commercial property management practices

• Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple priorities

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Self-driven to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

• High degree of accuracy and accountability

• Experience in supporting acquisitions, due diligence, portfolio transitions, or extensive property onboarding initiatives

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-state retail portfolios
