Property Management Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications and relationship management with clients and tenants.

• Oversee daily operations of properties.

• Manage property portfolios that range from around 70 units for standard Account Managers to up to 350 units for top achievers.

• Perform tasks involving reading and writing, with a focus on email communications and occasional outbound calls.

• Expand and develop assigned portfolios from approximately 100 units to 150 or more, potentially exceeding 200 units.

• Navigate unique and complex situations that are not explicitly addressed in manuals or FAQs.

• Resolve conflicts with clients and tenants while maintaining a positive demeanor and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in property management, specifically as a Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or a similar role in property operations.

• Strong capability to manage daily operations, workflows, and team performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, tenants, and team members.

• Ability to supervise, mentor, and hold Virtual Assistants accountable.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in complex scenarios.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and responding effectively to changing operational demands.

• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating fluently in English.

• A quiet home office setup conducive to work.

• A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, with an internet backup option available.

• Reliable electricity with backup power solutions accessible.

• Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or a comparable processor.
