Property Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review property documents to extract essential information regarding the property.

• Verify the accuracy of critical information using online resources.

• Seek out additional relevant details whenever feasible.

• Methodically and consistently update property records with accurate information and related details.

• Organize caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure prompt service and a positive customer experience on time-sensitive assignments.

• Collaborate and communicate with team members as required.

• Achieve performance metrics associated with the role.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

• Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to enhance property data discovery and ingestion workflows.

• Assist in recognizing and documenting significant features of residential properties.

• Investigate property details and train learning systems to enhance support for these tasks.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Proven experience collaborating with US-based business teams.

• Excellent English written and communication capabilities.

• Full and continuous overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST).
