Property Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Review property documents to extract essential information regarding the property.

• Confirm the accuracy of key details online and seek additional relevant information when applicable.

• Methodically and consistently input information and related details into the property record.

• Handle caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience in time-sensitive situations.

• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues as needed.

• Achieve performance metrics established for the role.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance processes for property data discovery and ingestion.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or relevant Certifications in Data Processing or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service positions within industries such as Real Estate, Property Management, Title and Escrow, or Municipal Assessing.

• Strong time management abilities and a dedicated work ethic.

• A positive demeanor and a willingness to learn from experiences and accept feedback.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Attention to detail.

• Capability to comprehend the priorities of various cases and manage your own workload effectively.

• Intermediate computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

• Quick learner who is resourceful and able to identify appropriate contacts for obtaining necessary information.

• Team-oriented.

• Experience collaborating with global and/or US-based business teams.

• Access to a quiet workspace.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
