Property Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive onboarding processes for new clients

• Dispatch order forms and establish accounts for electricity, gas, water, and broadband services

• Verify active utility service status prior to tenant move-in

• Address incoming client inquiries promptly and amicably

• Adhere to company standards for response times and ensure quick turnaround

• Regularly update and manage client trackers and internal systems

• Resolve billing discrepancies and direct debit issues in collaboration with clients and utility providers

• Manage service-related concerns and complaints attentively, escalating more complex issues as needed

• Utilize Claude and other AI tools daily to draft communications, handle administrative tasks, and optimize internal workflows

• Act as a primary client-facing representative for tenants and landlords in the London lettings and sales markets

• Exceptional proficiency in written English with a warm, professional communication style tailored for prime and super-prime market clients

• Strong personal organization skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proactive approach with a proven ability to identify operational challenges and propose solutions

• Comfort and confidence in learning and utilizing digital tools

• Willingness to integrate AI platforms like Claude into daily tasks (full training provided)

• Capability to work remotely while being fully available during UK business hours

• Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, lettings, or property administration is a significant advantage

• Required software proficiency includes Facebook, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Claude
