Property City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative for the network in your city and its surrounding areas.

• Treat your territory as if it were your own enterprise.

• Onboard new managed properties including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations.

• Oversee the operational aspects of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-listing on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Manage and coordinate the local network of service providers effectively.

• Utilize the ALB Vacation System to delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during your absences.

• Capability to persuade and establish trust with property owners.

• Experience in real estate, sales/commerce, or a related field.

• Motivation is the key criterion for selection.
