Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative – Non-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.

• Address questions, issues, and concerns utilizing web-based tools.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening.

• Handle sensitive customer information with care.

• Strive to resolve issues during the initial call.

• Communicate effectively with customers and engage in retention activities when necessary.

• Assist customers comparing options with contract details and the appropriate pricing plan.

• Compassionately manage delicate situations related to healthcare, education, and preventive planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems.

• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems.

• Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to adhere to established procedures.

• Competence in collaborating with team members, supervisors, and support departments.

• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical abilities.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.

• Must be able to work within a structured schedule across various shifts.

• Sharp critical thinking capabilities.

• A dedicated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection.

• Internet requirements include a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with an ISP latency under 50ms.

• Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data/hotspot, P2P, or VPN.

• Proof of internet speed is required.

• Candidates must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states.
