This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for clients.
β’ Manage both incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
β’ Address questions, issues, and concerns utilizing web-based tools.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening.
β’ Handle sensitive customer information with care.
β’ Strive to resolve issues during the initial call.
β’ Communicate effectively with customers and engage in retention activities when necessary.
β’ Assist customers comparing options with contract details and the appropriate pricing plan.
β’ Compassionately manage delicate situations related to healthcare, education, and preventive planning.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Proficient with desktop computer systems.
β’ Basic understanding of Windows-based systems.
β’ Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Ability to adhere to established procedures.
β’ Competence in collaborating with team members, supervisors, and support departments.
β’ Excellent communication, listening, and analytical abilities.
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
β’ Must be able to work within a structured schedule across various shifts.
β’ Sharp critical thinking capabilities.
β’ A dedicated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection.
β’ Internet requirements include a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with an ISP latency under 50ms.
β’ Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data/hotspot, P2P, or VPN.
β’ Proof of internet speed is required.
β’ Candidates must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states.
