Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer service experiences.

• Identify opportunities for savings and address coverage gaps.

• Simplify complex policy information into clear, understandable choices.

• Create customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Finalize and secure coverage for customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the app and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings.

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• A genuine passion for assisting individuals.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

• Expected to acquire a P&C license within 2 weeks of starting the position.

• Must currently live in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
