Bilingual Front Desk, Insurance Specialist – Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of incoming patient calls using eCW VoIP, evaluating patient requirements and accurately routing calls.

• Verify patient insurance eligibility to ensure coverage prior to scheduling appointments.

• Efficiently process and arrange urgent or stat patient appointments.

• Relay test results and urgent diagnostic reports directly to patients through TigerConnect.

• Provide compassionate, highly professional support to patients while maintaining rigorous standards of patience, respect, and clinical decorum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is essential.

• Practical experience utilizing TigerConnect for patient and clinical communications.

• Previous administrative or medical assistant experience in a Cardiology setting is required.

• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and a calm phone presence are necessary for interacting with cardiac patients.

• A strict no-tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior or impatience.

• This is a full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week.

• Must be available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.

• Familiarity with Studycast is advantageous but not mandatory.
