This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Provide expert assistance to current clients

• Identify opportunities for additional product or service offerings

• Deliver professional and courteous service through phone, email, or web inquiries

• Address client requests and nurture relationships to support retention

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership throughout the policy cycle

• Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues

• Document interactions and maintain precise records in internal systems

• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest solutions based on client needs

• Support and mentor junior colleagues as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred; call center experience is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Proficient in PC usage and multitasking skills

• Action-oriented with the ability to handle objections comfortably

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

• Wired internet connection; no satellite or wireless options

• Modem must be updated within the last 12 months

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential

• Must reside in the United States

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
