Property & Asset Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute property asset management strategies, objectives, and plans across a global portfolio.

• Supervise property operations, encompassing lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, and property maintenance.

• Identify and implement initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue, reducing expenses, and enhancing property value.

• Ensure adherence to lease terms, legal obligations, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop property managers and engineers.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Perform property inspections and assess maintenance requirements.

• Offer guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, and expansion initiatives.

• Collaborate with leasing teams to market and fill vacant properties, negotiate lease terms, and renew leases.

• Oversee budgets, financial statements, and portfolio reporting.

• Analyze market trends, property performance metrics, and industry benchmarks.

• Monitor and assess team performance metrics and KPIs.

• Develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

• Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

• Report directly to the Global Operations Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in property asset management or a similar field.

• Proven experience in effectively managing a diverse portfolio.

• Extensive knowledge of property management principles, industry standards, and market trends.

• Proven success in marketing and leasing spaces within a varied portfolio.

• Familiarity with marketing principles, techniques, and industry trends.

• Understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM software, and social media strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, industry professionals, tenants, and stakeholders.

• Leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making prowess.

• Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Master's degree is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM are advantageous.
