Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through phone and email regarding new policy quotes and billing inquiries.

• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage.

• Address underwriting inquiries and clarify insurance protection details for clients.

• Ensure transactions adhere to industry regulations and maintain internal quality standards.

• Complete a maximum of 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training.

• Progress from trainee to a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional after successfully passing the state examination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service.

• Experience in a call center is advantageous.

• Capability to pass a background check.

• Dedication to the complete 8-week training schedule.

• Wired internet service must be installed directly into the home (acceptable types include cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband).

• Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem is necessary.

• Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, and satellite internet are not permitted.

• Proof of internet service provider and service documentation is required upon hiring.

• Must successfully pass the Tennessee state insurance exam to advance to the licensed phase.
