Insurance Sales and Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and assessing renewal increases.

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders in making policy modifications.

• Familiarize yourself with the insurance product offerings and align customers with appropriate insurers.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of Jerry.ai’s continually evolving application.

• Address challenges and eliminate obstacles to ensure customers obtain the right coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to product enhancement.

• Collaborate effectively as part of the Customer Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Possess a friendly and positive demeanor.

• Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic.

• Have robust problem-solving abilities.

• Display excellent communication skills.

• Must reside in an eligible state: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A valid P&C license is mentioned in the application; however, it is not a requirement as Jerry.ai will cover the cost if needed.
