Prompting and Context Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop effective prompts and context-management strategies for LLM tasks centered on subagents.

• Analyze conversations with Superhumans and provide feedback to refine and create complex, adaptive prompts.

• Establish agentic workflows prior to, during, and after AI-agent interactions.

• Architect specialized subagents that address technical Q&A, product and pricing knowledge, discovery, objections, demonstrations, account research, compliance, and action execution.

• Construct routing and delegation systems for direct responses, subagent invocation, parallel specialists, clarification, tool utilization, human escalation, and refusal of unsafe actions.

• Define agreements between the primary conversational agent and subagents, including inputs, context boundaries, structured outputs, confidence levels, evidence, latency, cancellation, and error management.

• Become proficient in the Dialogue Platform and educate others on effective prompting techniques.

• Train Superhumans in prompting, RAG knowledge-base development, and fine-tuning methodologies.

• Create prototypes and utilize AI-assisted coding to evaluate prompting and data workflows.

• Develop multimedia prompting techniques for images, videos, LLMs, and text-embedding models.

• Document processes, educate peers, and take initiative as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, conversation design, or related areas.

• Ability to swiftly create flawless documentation or presentations that detail work and educate others.

• Extensive experience with LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models.

• Practical experience with APIs and a thorough understanding of prompt parameters and components.

• Basic coding abilities for quick prototyping and iterative development.

• Comfort in engaging with APIs and integrating them into prototypes.

• Copywriting, data science, and software engineering skills are advantageous.

• Must be able to work full-time in the U.S.; sponsorship inquiry included in the application.
