Promotional Order Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Process orders and manage the entire workflow until delivery to the customer.

• Update manufacturing suppliers, sales representatives, and clients about order statuses and any changes in the production schedule.

• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with customer accounts through effective and transparent communication.

• Collaborate with suppliers and the internal team to resolve any order-related issues.

• Ensure that production proofs are approved, reviewed, and documented, and keep track of proof and production statuses in internal systems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

• Record all activities related to orders in various systems while keeping order status updated in the company's internal software.

• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Carry out additional tasks that align with the responsibilities of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operational hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is a plus.

• Direct experience in the promotional industry or relevant e-commerce background is advantageous.

• Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred.

• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt and respond to a variety of personality types.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
