Promo Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing campaigns, encompassing concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and targeted segments.

• Create and oversee the promotional calendar.

• Design tournaments and in-game events, including mechanics, eligibility criteria, prize pool calculations, and prize distribution.

• Select appropriate offers tailored to various player segments and cohorts.

• Plan communication strategies in collaboration with CRM, Content, and Design teams.

• Conduct A/B testing and perform post-campaign evaluations.

• Assess bonus economics, issuance practices, and the effectiveness of promotions.

• Compile performance reports and provide recommendations to enhance promotional mechanics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Promotions, CRM, or Retention Manager.

• Practical experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and other player engagement strategies.

• Strong understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, loyalty programs, tournaments, jackpots, and lotteries.

• Knowledge of bonus economics, bonus issuance, and the effect of promotions on business performance.

• In-depth knowledge of key iGaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, bonus costs, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV.

• Ability to utilize analytics dashboards to transform data into actionable insights.

• Experience in briefing and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
