Projects & Programs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all PHR Way Programs.

• Work closely with PHR Way Audit team members to pinpoint adoption gaps and retrain personnel as necessary.

• Support the execution of the Company's change management strategy to ensure that key deliverables and milestones are achieved.

• Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to facilitate the successful implementation and acceptance of programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate at all organizational levels to promote adoption.

• Act as a subject matter expert on PHR Way Programs while partnering with Regional Directors and Operations Managers.

• Collect and evaluate program data/statistics to offer insights and recommend modifications to the product team.

• Serve as a liaison with third-party partners and identify opportunities to enhance program or product efficiency.

• Oversee, execute, and lead various PHR Way projects, including consolidations, operations-based training, and strategic initiatives.

• Function as a versatile contributor to the PHR Way team.

• Minimum of two years of experience in property management.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Familiarity with process implementation.
