This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the GSC Strategy Executive to formulate, implement, and execute strategic objectives within the Global Supply Chain Strategy.
• Enhance team productivity and operational efficiency by leveraging Lean methodologies, process enhancements, automation, analytics, and AI technologies.
• Create and sustain operational metrics, dashboards, and management frameworks.
• Define standard operating procedures, visual management techniques, operational rhythms, and efficient workflows.
• Recognize execution obstacles and promote cross-functional problem-solving.
• Spearhead process improvements across interconnected organizations to enhance data quality, flow, transparency, and information sharing.
• Assess, consolidate, and report benefits across commodities, focusing on cost, cash, contribution margin, productivity, and CapEx.
• Engage with business and enterprise functions to explain the supply chain implications of cost-reduction, productivity, and transformation initiatives.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to automate analyses, synthesize data, streamline reporting, uncover insights, and boost organizational productivity.
• Manage and execute special projects and strategic initiatives in nuanced or emerging fields.
• Promote standardization and consistent measurement methodologies across commodities and initiatives.
• Develop clear, fact-based analyses, scenarios, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Independently oversee multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
• Report directly to the Executive GSC Strategy Leader for all Power products.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, Manufacturing, Strategy, Program Management, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience in applying Lean and process improvement methodologies to intricate business or operational challenges.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects by influencing stakeholders beyond the immediate organization.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interactions with senior leaders.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and structure complex or vaguely defined issues.
• Knowledge of global supply chain and manufacturing operations, especially in complex industrial or engineered-product contexts.
• Lean expertise in standard work, visual management, value-stream/process mapping, problem-solving, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in developing and managing operational dashboards, KPIs, benefit-tracking systems, and executive-level reporting.
• Financial acumen related to cost, cash, contribution margin, CapEx, productivity, and business-case development.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
