Project Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective execution of lift installation projects from the pre-construction phase through to installation.

• Ensure that projects are adequately prepared, technically compliant, and executed to the highest standards of quality and health & safety.

• Perform site surveys, dimensional assessments, and pre-start inspections.

• Advocate for health and safety standards and confirm site readiness prior to the commencement of installation work.

• Offer technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and operational colleagues throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and professional management of the site.

• Maintain precise reports and coordinate project activities efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, operations, and installation teams.

• Travel to the head office and customer locations throughout the Midlands and South of England.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction sector, preferably with platform lift installation, platform lifts, stairlifts, and/or servicing.

• Capability to read and interpret technical, architectural, and construction drawings.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
