This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
β’ Coordinate and lead survey teams and office personnel to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
β’ Collaborate with various departments and project team members on interdisciplinary projects.
β’ Manage a specific discipline within broader multidisciplinary projects.
β’ Conduct and review boundary and Right of Way calculations.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and corporate regulations and requirements.
β’ Oversee the technical quality, project deliverables, and timelines.
β’ Perform and verify calculations and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
β’ Develop project scopes, budgets, and fees within the designated discipline.
β’ Assist with project submissions, RFIs, and other deliverables.
β’ Estimate time required for work tasks for proposals and project planning.
β’ Maintain communication with clients and provide regular progress updates.
β’ Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
β’ Identify new project opportunities and aid in converting leads into business.
β’ Prepare written communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Build and sustain professional connections through technical, civic, and industry organizations.
β’ Represent the company and clients at public meetings as necessary.
β’ Direct, mentor, and assess the performance of team members.
β’ Assist with internal training initiatives.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ At least ten (10) years of relevant experience, including expertise in boundary and ROW resolution.
β’ A valid Professional Surveyor's License in OH, PA, WV, NY, OK, NC, and FL.
β’ Capability to obtain additional licenses throughout the United States.
β’ A valid driver's license.
β’ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, ORD, and/or similar surveying software.
β’ Experience with Terrestrial LiDAR and UAV is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
