Project Specialist – Supplier Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the approval process and onboarding of new suppliers.

• Aid in the vendor lifecycle and maintain records for Nordstrom Made’s supply base.

• Support compliance with regulatory and legal obligations, ensuring practices that reduce risk and exercise due diligence.

• Assist in the gathering, maintenance, and analysis of large data sets.

• Oversee the onboarding vendor pipeline to ensure timely achievement of milestones.

• Facilitate vendor communication, newsletter dissemination, supplier support, and overall guidance.

• Contribute to cross-functional and corporate department priorities, objectives, and strategies.

• Address ad hoc reporting requirements related to the Nordstrom Made vendor Matrix.

• Provide meticulous and strategically focused support and review for extensive data sets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in the apparel, footwear, and accessories supply chain or manufacturing.

• Proven ability to collect data to report on status and inform decision-making.

• Capability to rapidly learn new applications as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
