Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Work in tandem with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to guarantee the accuracy of schedules and their alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting.

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking earned value.

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Coordinate scheduling efforts among various stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project sites throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6.

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects in data centers, heavy industrial settings, and mission-critical environments.

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies.

• Capability to evaluate schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced construction settings with travel obligations.

• Prior experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred.

• Strongly preferred field construction knowledge.

• Experience managing multiple projects or large program schedules.
