Project Scheduler II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in scheduling tasks for designated internal and external projects under the guidance of project management or leadership.

• Develop, adjust, and assess resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) project timelines.

• Aid in the preparation of earned value-related dashboards and performance metrics.

• Ensure that schedules align with client expectations and meet contractual obligations.

• Establish initial resource-loaded baseline schedules adhering to CPM best practices and contract stipulations.

• Utilize P6 health checks to confirm that schedules comply with relevant DCMA metrics.

• Assist in conducting schedule risk and range analyses.

• Deliver timely schedule updates and weekly resource adjustments to guarantee compliance with contract deliverable deadlines.

• Implement predefined schedule change scenarios, document effects, and escalate discrepancies for mitigation planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or a combination of relevant education and experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling or a blend of experience in construction and scheduling.

• Proficient in using P6.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Background in renewable energy or heavy industrial sectors.

• Familiarity with Acumen Fuse or cost management software.

• Valid, independent work authorization; Blattner is unable to sponsor H-1B visas or permanent residency.
