Project Recruitment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Recruit qualified panelists and non-panelists for quantitative and qualitative market research projects through outbound calls, cold calling, email follow-ups, and online desk research.

• Communicate study requirements, participation details, and subsequent steps to potential respondents.

• Notify the line manager about recruitment challenges, delays, or risks that could impact project delivery.

• Provide insights on project feasibility and recruitment conditions utilizing market intelligence.

• Achieve daily call volume and recruitment strike rate targets.

• Adhere to phone communication quality standards and guidelines.

• Convert study participants into registered panel members.

• Cold call physicians and other healthcare professionals to invite them to join the panel.

• Reach out to inactive panel members to encourage study participation and reactivate their accounts.

• Assist research participants throughout the recruitment process.

• Investigate and resolve issues, manage complaints, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives using multiple systems.

• Collaborate with US and EU teams to address project-specific challenges while balancing participant advocacy with company profitability.

• Establish strong relationships with panel members through timely, professional communication and effective problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 0-1 year of experience in a business-related environment.

• Market research experience is desirable but not mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven knowledge of English grammar rules.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies/software.

• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, and profit.

• Interest, natural curiosity, or prior experience/exposure in the healthcare sector.

• Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to enhance skills and proactively troubleshoot with the Project Manager.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Capability to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.

• Self-motivated with the ability to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday.

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Ability to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

• Flexibility to work occasional hours to meet project deadlines across various time zones.
